Hello, how are you guys?

SCI-FI RT7 release is very close, and I am excited to announce certain changes and discuss a few things related to SCI-FI RT7 MOD.

Firstly, I just want to say that sadly SCI-FI MOD from RT7 and on, will no longer support the Fabric version because MCreator support for Fabric mod is in the initial stage and I am unable to work out a few complicated things in the fabric version. So, till MCreator has complete support for the Fabric version there will be no more support for the Fabric version. Anyways let’s have a look at the SCI-FI RT7 update.

So basically, this release was focused on bringing up realistic vehicles, well it’s finally here and there are only 3 kind of vehicles you are going to see below but you can expect more to be added in the future.

Working on these vehicles was a bit complicated, but the thing is that this vehicle looks realistic from an external view whereas when you see the internal of these vehicles, they are kept very simple just because making it more detailed is going to make the mod much heavier and harder to load on average PC’s, even need to think about future models that gonna be added, which can again lead to an increase of the size of the mod and make it heavier.

As I said in previous dev news #5 that you can drive this vehicle, yeah, it’s true and finally working out, but it’s highly recommended to drive them in third person view rather than first-person view because there was no way to provide transparent glass from the inside view of vehicles, though I am looking ahead to find ways to make this possible.

Also, these vehicles can take damage and release out smoke, fire particles through it depending upon the damage percentage, you can repair damaged vehicles by using an iron. I was a bit excited to add this feature because “let’s not just think about realistic look let’s also bring up realistic functionality!”.

Even added a few outdoor seating benches, and a few light models you can see in the above gallery.

So finally, this is going to be the end of the SCI-FI RT7 release, umm you may feel there were very few things that have been updated in the RT7 release, it’s true but worth it.
