AntiCrash Feature Explaination

LRT Hosting AntiCrash is preventing your server from completely crashing when it is overloaded above it's limitations or when huge lag spikes occur.

For that, 1 thread of Intel(R) XEON(R) E-2276G is reserved per node for this purpose, plus you are utilizing your server's Swap Memory amount which also acts as a weight for the extra CPU thread reserved.

For example:

  • A 1GB RAM Minecraft Proxy Server is overloaded with it's RAM reaching 1.2GB/1GB. This means that it is utilizing 1GB/1GB of it's RAM memory + 256mb/512mb of it's Swap Memory plus a percentage of the AntiCrash CPU thread which is activated to help complete the demanding tasks quicker.
  • If a 9GB RAM Minecraft Server is overloaded and the 1GB server mentioned above is overloaded as well, both will use their Swap Memory mentioned on purchase, but the CPU thread will be utilized 90% from the 9GB server and only 10% from the 1GB server.

Notice: If a server is utilizing the AntiCrash CPU thread for prolonged periods of time, the access to the AntiCrash CPU thread will be restricted temporarily. Though, while the Swap Memory can be used at all times and it is NVMe, it is recommended to keep your server tasks on the RAM and not the Swap Memory in order to maximize your server's performance.
