Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing great. It’s been a while since the last update, as I’ve been busy updating the Java Edition textures to improve both visuals and performance. I’m excited to say this is the best and most optimized version of LRT Textures so far.

What’s New?

• Merged: The Legendary RT Java Textures and Enhanced Legendary RT Java Textures are now combined into one pack. You can enable or disable POM directly in the shader settings, depending on your preference and performance needs.
• All-in-One Pack: No more downloading separate packs (Base, Foliage, Extended, Nether & End). Everything is now included in a single optimized pack, which uses less memory and loads more efficiently.
• Recommended Resolution: While the pack supports up to 1024x, I strongly recommend using 512x. Minecraft’s rendering pipeline isn’t built like modern games, and 1024x is simply too heavy for most GPUs to handle well.
• Shader Compatibility: LRT Java Textures now fully supports all the popular shaders such as SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1, Bliss, Complementary, and more. We’ll also be publishing detailed shader setting guides soon on our brand new knowledge base.
• Iris & OptiFine Notes:
  • If you’re running the game on Iris, you’ll need to install Continuity and Polytone to enable OptiFine tints and CTM support.
  • If you’re using OptiFine, no additional mods are required.

Bedrock RTX & PBR Updates

• Bedrock RTX & Bedrock PBR (Vibrant Visuals) packs have been upgraded with the new optimized textures, improved lighting and shadows, and new addons.
• Multiple reported bugs have been fixed to ensure a better experience across all platforms.

Website & Resources

• The website has been updated to a brand new design, aiming for better performance and accessibility.
• The member dashboard has been completely redesigned.
• A knowledge base is being created, covering installation, shader setups, performance boosting tips, and more.

This update took a lot of time and effort, but we believe it was worth it. The release is just around the corner, and we can’t wait for you to experience the new textures in your Minecraft worlds!
