That’s the texture resolution. Higher = sharper, but needs more GPU/VRAM and RAM.
Low — smoother on mid-range PCs.

FHD — highest precision; best on high-end GPUs with plenty of VRAM.
Pick the highest one that still gives you a great gameplay experience.
